1. Services

Nodolab provides cloud-based CRM and business automation services, including but not limited to: multi-tenant messaging integration (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), contact management, and workflow automation.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

4. Data Handling

We process data on behalf of our customers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer data is stored securely and shall not be used for purposes other than providing the service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODOLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
